LaPrade’s Marina
| LaPrade’s Marina is a full-service marina located on Lake Burton. Located just 2 hours northeast of Atlanta, we are nestled in the peaceful west end of Wildcat Creek Cove. LaPrade’s Marina offers boat storage and boat rentals on Lake Burton. Additionally, Watersports Central is located onsite and provides the most professional boat service on the lake. LaPrade’s Marina is a great place to relax and enjoy everything the lake has to offer. For 99 years, LaPrade’s has been essential to the region. The location was first used as a home for the men who built the dam that created Lake Burton. It was then used as a fishing retreat with an open dining room. People would sit elbow to elbow while enjoying great meals together. Today, LaPrade’s Adirondack round log timber frame style is a key part of the Lake Burton experience. |

| We are located on the North end of Lake Burton at the head of Timpson Creek. Our summer hours begin on Memorial Day weekend and last until Labor Day weekend. During that period we will be open every day from 8 to 6 in order to best serve our friends and guests that have come to love Lake Burton. We’re so happy that you have discovered our little world and would love for you to explore some of the history and the many services we provide.
